Potton Developments was established in 2007 by experienced bricklayer Brenden Potton. The business’s reputation and capabilities in building design and construction grew over the next few years, and we became a limited company.
We design and build bespoke properties, barn conversions and home extensions across North Yorkshire and East Yorkshire. We employ a core team of construction professionals, and draw on the expertise of a trusted network of joiners, plasterers, plumbers, electricians, roofers, tilers, kitchen and bathroom fitters, painters and decorators. We also work with architects, planning consultants and structural engineers to provide customers with a complete architectural design and build service from a single company. We only work with highly qualified and skilled professionals in every discipline – all personally vetted by Brenden.
Having developed our expertise in interior design, configuration and fitting out, we established a separate design-focused business to complement our construction services. We work with specialist designers to help our customers create the home of their dreams. We can provide interior design services for stand-alone projects, or as part of our full suite of construction or home extension services. We have particular expertise in designing and fitting bespoke kitchens, bathrooms, home offices, bedrooms, boot rooms and staircases.
